Melissa Ray

Client Account Executive and Broadcast Engineer

Melissa is the Client Account Executive and Broadcast Engineer. She has been with the Dokken Report for the past three years. Before joining the Dokken Report, Melissa worked in customer service in both retail and medical fields. Melissa, originally from Indiana, found herself drawn to Florida by the beautiful Panama beaches. Outside of the office, she focuses on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. Melissa is accompanied everywhere she goes by her rescued Lhasa apso, Medici.

Kristen Dokken

Project Manager

Kristen works as a Project Manager for the Dokken Report. She is studying international relations and economics at Harvard University. As Robert Dokken’s daughter, Kristen grew up in the financial services industry. Naturally, she has been hanging around the office since she was a baby. Her work outside the office includes three years as a magician’s assistant. As a native to Panama City, she has an infatuation with sunsets, yoga, road biking and fitness competitions. Her rescued Doberman, Valerious, accompanies her to the Dokken Report office.

Steven P. Dokken

Chief Financial Officer

Steven P. Dokken D.D.S. practiced general dentistry in Pawnee City, Nebraska, for 41 years before joining The Dokken Report as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Previously, Steven taught on a part-time basis for 33 years at the College of Dentistry, University of Nebraska in the Department of Surgical Specialties. From 1974 through 1995, he was a member of the Army Dental Corps, U.S. Army reserve and attained the rank of lieutenant colonel. He practiced forensic dentistry on a part-time basis serving Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa from 1987 to 2001.

A well-respected businessman, Steven has been a member of the following professional organizations: Southeast District Dental Society, Nebraska Dental Society, American Dental Association and Nebraska Periodontal Society. One of his proudest moments was being admitted as a fellow in the International College of Dentists, a lifetime achievement award earned by only a small fraction of those practicing general dentistry.

Nicole Kinard

Client Account Executive and Transfer Manager

Nicole is a Client Account Executive and Transfer Manager for the Dokken Report. She has worked for Robert Dokken for nearly 16 years. The other organizations she devotes herself to include the Children’s Advocacy Center and the Pregnancy Resource Center; both hold great significance to her. Nicole is a Panama City native and lives there with her 16-month-old son, Isaiah; her mother, Patty; and sister, Tori. Nicole enjoys spending free time with her son, cheering for her favorite football team — the Florida State Seminoles — and traveling.

Christina Jones


Christina is an intern and the newest team member on the Dokken Report. She is majoring in finance with additional interest in culinary arts at Gulf Coast State College. She has three years of customer service and retail experience and is a Panama City native. In her free time, Christina plays a variety of sports and loves being outdoors and doting on her beloved Shih Tzu, Felix.
